Jenni Ritson, FIPA

Jenni has over 30 years’ experience in the Taxation and Accounting industry. She prides herself on her professionalism and is very passionate about assisting her clients on their financial journey. Dedicated, trustworthy and ethical, her clients see her as a valued partner and find her to be insightful, knowledgeable, organised and very thorough.

Along with being a highly successful Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, Jenni also completed RG146 studies in Superannuation and Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Angenica joined JR Accounting & Co in 2025 as Practice Manager. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, coordinating client engagements, managing workflows, and supporting the team to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality services.

With a strong focus on organisation, efficiency, and client service, Angenica works closely with both clients and staff to enhance processes and maintain the high standard of service JR Accounting & Co is known for.

Bina Kaduskar

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Bina is a Senior Accountant at JR Accounting & Co, providing high-quality accounting and taxation support across a broad range of client engagements. She brings extensive technical knowledge and is committed to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial outcomes.

Working closely with the firm’s accounting team, Bina prepares financial statements, income tax returns, and other compliance documentation. She also assists in reviewing accounting work and supporting the efficient delivery of accounting and taxation services across the practice.

Jules is the newest member of the JR Accounting & Co team, joining the firm as an Accountant. She is dedicated to producing accurate, reliable, and timely accounting work while supporting the firm’s accounting and taxation services.

Working closely with the team, Jules assists in the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and other compliance requirements, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality accounting services.
